I have only tried using a couple of non-black and white inputs since I saw your question but it seems to only work with black and white footage and isn't seeming to alter inputs that already have color.
I may look into a separate IC LoRA specifically to alter colors but this one will only add color to monochromatic clips.
You say you can provide the workflow, could you?
I would like a workflow as well!
